What is Bad Dad all About?

Bad Dad is all about creating a community that celebrates the contributions that Dads of all kinds make to their families and communities and providing a place for those who want to acknowledge their contributions an easy way to get gifts for their Dads no matter where they are.

How do I Become a Bad Dad?

More than likely you are already a Bad Dad. Remember, being a Bad Dad is all about being a great dad. In order to be a great dad you have to be putting in the effort. In doing so we also recognize that at times you aren't going to hit the mark. We want to be with you along every step of the way, to help you celebrate the good dad moments and help you to find humor in the Bad Dad moments while you lick your wounds and get ready for the next round. Stay tuned for opportunities to become a Bad Dad in the future. Look for "Open Call for Bad Dads" or a "Bad Dad Nomination" process to come in the future.

How do I sign up for a Subscription?

We offer one subscription box option where you are able to sign up for a Monthly or Quarterly Subscription. It is simply called the "Subscription Box". If you aren't so sure about the monthly subscription box check out our Shop as well as our Build Your Own Box where you can pick whatever items you think best fit your dad. I mean, who knows your dad better than you do?

What is Build Your Own Box All About?

We also offer a Build Your Own Box which allows you to build a box based on the options of products we have available. While this is not a subscription box, we are able to send you reminders throughout the year when special holidays are coming up. We will even go as far as to collect the birth dates of the Dads in your life when you first purchase and send you a reminder in time to ensure your Bad Dad is shown some appreciation. We want to help you to solve the everlasting puzzle of "What do I get Dad for ............".

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

If you have ordered an item from us and it has not been received, please look up the shipping tracking number that would have been sent when we shipped your order.

If you haven't received a shipping tracking number please contact us at info@baddadbox.com and one of our Bad Dads will help you out.

What is your return policy?

Bad Dad will exchange or return clothing 30 days form shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and have all tags attached.

What if I want a refund?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipping date for your account to be refunded. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process a refund once they have received the information from us. A refund may not show up in your credit card statement until your card's next monthly billing cycle.

How do I ship an Exchange or Return back?

A copy of your packing slip/Invoice must accompany the product(s) in the return package with instructions on if you would like a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Bad Dad does not accept COD shipments.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed for shipping within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What about Customs, Duties, and Taxes?

Bad Dad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

What if my product is damaged upon delivery?

Bad Dad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S but if you want to order and deliver to another country please let us know and we will do our best to figure it out for you.

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at info@baddadbox.com.

What about information disclosure?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Changes to your privacy policy?

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
